Creating a blog is one of the many passing thoughts I have had in the recent months, alongside skydiving and running away to a forest in Vietnam, especially during hectic times. Out of the three, blogging certainly seemed the most therapeutic to carry out - so here I am!



As an Indian-Spanish fellow, I have learned to embrace both cultures, especially for their food. In spite of currently being a nutritionist, I only started developing a curiosity for food in the last few years. It all began when I decided to start taking care of myself and work out. My very first step was to hire a personal trainer to catapult me into the bastion of fitness and healthy living.


Having grown up in Barcelona and then studying my undergrad in London surely defined me as a city socialite who fully enjoyed the excitement both vibrant cities had to offer. However, the vicious cycle of constantly eating out, being always on the go, and barely sleeping reflected poorly on both my physical and mental state. It was then that I decided to make a change and put my physical and mental health at the forefront of my lifestyle.


The two months of training sessions were intense and tested all my muscles beyond their limit. The rigorous nutrition plan compounded well with my training and I saw results soon enough. While my physical health grew healthier, there was another aspect that subconsciously grew with every session: my confidence. Confidence to push my limits on my own at the gym. Confidence to overcome my limits in all my areas of my life. And ultimately the confidence to start this blog.


I made it my mission to help others find and release their inner confidence to become the best version of themselves. That is why I created Meteor Method.


Beyond the PhD in Lifestyle Medicine and Healthy Ageing I am currently pursuing in The Netherlands, I am a licensed Personal Trainer & Life Coach, specialized in Obesity & Diabetes Management as well as older adults.
